Bliss Oasis Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Bliss Oasis for your beauty & skincare needs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a seamless returns process. Please review the following guidelines:
Returns Eligibility:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- We cannot accept returns of opened or used items due to health and hygiene reasons unless they are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Return Process:

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Please securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and affix the provided return label.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges:
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item and require an exchange, please contact us immediately.
- We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
